10.07.01 update:
I've come a long way since Kodak DC265. I'll pour them all here if I have the
time.
No, DC265 is not an airplane... :D
Kodak DC265 was my first digital camera. I bought it back in
2000. In 2001, I upgraded the camera to DC290. No, the camera was not
upgradable, I sold the 265 and bought the 290... :-)
And now, since I lost my DC290 in 2003 (well, actually it was
my sister who lost it in China), I bought Kodak DX6490... Yes, I'm in love with
Kodak digital cameras. For me nothing beats Kodak Digital Science. In digital
camera world, you can have top notch CCDs and best lenses, but still, it's the
processor who interpret the data that counts. And for me, Kodak interprets data
given by the CCD much better than any other manufacturer.
DX6490 is a 4 megapixels camera with 10 times optical zoom,
electronic view finder, and 4cm macro... 8-}

Yet, I'm so grateful to have had my old
cameras, the Kodak DC265 and DC290...

After a long search for a digital camera... finally...
I met the... ehm... chosen one...
Not chosen by me, of course, but all I can say is that,
it's like He handed the camera to me personally... :) |
